Oh, Some changes were made.

I haven't been here playing for some months now, so I just noticed the changes. I'm curious what the money we used to get from rakeback are spent on now though. It seems that BC earns from removing the rakeback as I can't see how that is going back to the players. And during the time I haven't been playing they have also severely lowered the rewards from the various slot contests. I don't know, but feels like I will not unlock all BCD in my lifetime. Maybe it's something to leave for the children and grandchildren some day when I die.

Thanks for reading. I'm not sure what's wrong according to you. You've got the same numbers on the 16th and 17th as I have. And if you meant the "one in a million" you must have missed what's written before that: "That’s almost as rare" (with emphasis on "almost"). And it's also used as the famous saying, rather than an exact measurement. If I thought it was exactly 1 in a million, I would have written exactly that.

Not to be mean. Whoever creates the contests has been extremely lazy the past few months. The same games over and over again. I have sent suggestions on how to make the competitions more engaging, like working with themes (Adventure theme, puzzle theme, Christmas theme etc) and even sent a list of games that could work very well for certain themes. Instead, you guys just re-cycle old contests over and over again. And I'm losing my fun. I don't want to spam the same game over and over again on a bi-weekly cycle just to try and grab first prize. I also want to have fun when playing, and discover new games and new game providers. Every week lately I'm losing more and more interest to play here. Since the contests have a pretty decent prize mostly, you end up participating and playing the games you actually hate playing. And the contests often take up all the time (and money) I've got. There's no time or money left to explore other games, and see if there's a favourite still waiting to be discovered. You could say that I can skip the contests, and just play whichever games I want. I could do that but as the prize money is high enough, it would be foolish to not give it a go. So every week I end up playing games I hate, in the hope to end up in the top 3 in the contest. And after every contest, I have a little bit more hate for playing the casino at all. Even when asking you guys to be a little bit more engaged, and try to make the contests fun (or at least not on constant repeat), it falls on deaf ears. As if you guys (not you personally) really don't give a damn about us (your customers), so if you can drain us of money by running the same contests with the exact same games week after week, no one is ever going to make any effort what so ever. People will play the games you put in the contests, even if we hate them. And if we are not, someone else will take our place. Look back 6 months and see which people usually are in the top 10. Then look 6 months further and you see there was another gang of people always grabbing the top 10 positions. I can't speak for anyone else, but I've just about had it. And I believe that very soon there will be a completely new gang that keeps the top 10 positions in most contests. When that happens, it's not because those of us that hold those positions today have gotten bad at playing. It will be because we no longer enjoy playing. You guys managed to destroy that. When that day comes, we will not be here playing some other games that we enjoy. We will have stopped playing at this casino (and any casino most likely) altogether. In the long run, this type of nonchalant behaviour towards your players will ensure that you will lose paying customers. Some might go to other casinos, and will just stop playing. "Oh well, new players will always come" - you might think. And sure, new players will come. But what kind of business plan is it to not want to keep your old players and get new ones? Wouldn't it be better to actually make an effort to make our experience here enjoyable? Take some time and make great contests, that are fun and rewarding. The kind that generates new players just by rumour, and at the same time keeps us older players engaged and happy? It always baffles me when people are uninterested in doing their job well, and just keep doing the bare minimum that is required. To be honest, in the past week were you guys did two Booongo contests directly after each other, containing the exact same games was a new low on your side. As a player, a paying customer, your customer I felt as if we, your customers, don't mean shit to you as long as we give you our money. You guys don't care if we are happy with the services, just as little as the drug dealer cares about his customers when he sells them drugs diluted with poison - because he knows that no matter how sick his customers get they'll still come back for more poisoned dope, because they have no one else to buy from. I have hundreds of ideas for contests. Both for third party, in-house and a mix between them. I have offered my services regarding this before, for free. But have found that BC Game isn't interested. In a couple of weeks, I start at my new job, and won't have the time. So that train has passed. But I really do believe that if the person/persons who are responsible for the contests aren't interested in actually doing a great job (or maybe don't actually have the time for it), then BC Really has to employ someone that has a genuine interest and are willing to put some work into making it into something really nice. Trust me, it will be worth it in the long run.

Why are the prize money for the weekend and mid-week contests less than "Top Tier"? Please, you can't keep having contests from game providers that are using potatoes to run their games. It was the same yesterday (and only with PG Soft)
